Are structures offering pole, hoop, aerial pole, hammock or aerial fabric courses subject to VAT?

YES! If one of the above courses is taught in a structure that is not affiliated to the SPSF. Income from courses (sports or dance) is taxable at the standard rate. This applies to all fitness, training, physical culture/sports or leisure courses (e.g. pole dancing, dance fitness, Zumba, tea dances).
